Operator
OutboundOS is a product of AppUnik LLC. These terms are an agreement between you and AppUnik LLC.
Agreement
By creating an OutboundOS account you agree to these terms. If you use OutboundOS on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind that organization.
The service
OutboundOS provides software for designing and running automated email journeys. Messages are delivered through SMTP credentials that you supply. We do not act as your email service provider and we do not send email on your behalf from our own infrastructure.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the lawfulness of the contacts you upload, for obtaining any consent required in your jurisdiction, for honoring unsubscribe requests, and for complying with anti-spam laws including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and equivalent local regulations. You must not use OutboundOS to send unsolicited bulk email to purchased or scraped lists.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity in your workspace. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Purchases
Paid tiers are one-time purchases processed by Stripe. A purchase unlocks the corresponding limits for your workspace. Purchases are delivered as redemption codes that apply to a single workspace.
Refunds
If a purchased code has not been redeemed, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing hello@outboundos.tech. Redeemed codes are non-refundable.
Availability
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and provider outages may interrupt sending.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OutboundOS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, in particular the acceptable-use rules above.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email before taking effect.
